The Burghfield Residents Association is now a CIC "Community Interest Company" 
                                                 Limited by guarantee. 

•    The C.I.C. is now run by "Directors" instead of a Committee of "Officers"

• ​Members may nominate themselves or others to be Directors of the C.I.C

• The current "Directors" will appoint other "Directors"

• All of the above is governed by UK Law

• A copy of the C.I.C. articles are attached below
